Le restaurant Caldera, propose des repas à la carte de 13h00 à 22h00 ainsi qu'un vaste choix de hors-d'œuvre traditionnels grecs, notamment de Santorin, de salades fraîches croquantes, de plats et de desserts internationaux. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable sur la caldeira de Santorin. Un petit-déjeuner grec peut également être servi tous les jours.
